Terms of Use
The terms, in plain words.
These are the rules for using Worthly. The most important one is in the box immediately below.
Version 1.0 — 17 October 2026
Worthly is provided for information purposes only. The figures it shows are compiled from data supplied by third parties — the exchanges, brokers and market-data providers you connect — and are provided on an “as is” basis. We take care to present that data faithfully, but we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current, and Worthly should not be relied upon as the authoritative record of your holdings. The statements issued by the relevant institution remain the definitive record. Please verify any figure with that institution before acting on it.
Figures may also differ between Worthly and a provider’s own interface because of differences in valuation timing, in exchange rates, and in how each party classifies a given transaction.
1. What Worthly is
Worthly is a read-only portfolio and net-worth tracker. It reads balances and positions from read-only API keys that you create at your exchange and broker accounts, or from data you type in by hand. It cannot trade, withdraw or move funds.
You do not need a key. Typing your data in by hand is a full way to use Worthly, not a fallback.
Who runs Worthly
Worthly is run by one individual, not by a company: Stanimir Tsvetkov, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria. Wherever these pages say “Worthly”, they mean that person. For every privacy, data or legal request, write to privacy@worthly.eu.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing in Worthly is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Charts, returns, allocations and comparisons describe what your data says. They do not tell you what to do. Worthly is not a licensed adviser, broker or bank, and what you decide to do with your money is yours alone.
3. Beta
Worthly is in beta and is operated by an individual. The service and its features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. No level of availability, no response time and no continued provision of any particular feature is guaranteed. If any part of the service is to end, you will be given notice in time to export your data (see section 9).
4. Pricing
Worthly is free today. It is not free forever: a paid subscription is planned. Existing users will be told before anything is charged, and nothing is charged without your agreement. There is no advertising in Worthly, and there never will be.
5. Your API keys
Your side. If you connect an exchange or broker, it is your job to create a read-only key, with no permission to trade or withdraw, and to give Worthly only that key. The permissions are set at the exchange or broker, not in Worthly.
Worthly’s side. Worthly stores your credentials encrypted and never uses them to place orders or move money. Its code contains no such call. If you ever put a key with more permissions into Worthly, Worthly will still use it only to read, but you will have exposed yourself to a risk that is not necessary, and we recommend that you replace the key.
More detail is on the security page.
6. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Give a real email address that you can read, and keep it up to date. Codes are sent there.
- Keep your password private. Switching on two-factor sign-in is strongly recommended.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has got into it, write to privacy@worthly.eu and change your password.
- One person, one account. Do not use someone else’s account or keys without their permission.
7. Acceptable use
Use Worthly for what it is for: looking at your own money. Do not:
- attack, overload or try to break into the service or other people’s accounts;
- scrape it automatically, or use it to build a competing copy;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software, except where the law explicitly allows it;
- use it to break the law.
If you find a security problem, please report it instead of using it: say so in the Discord or write to the address below. A person will read it.
8. Your data stays yours
What you put into Worthly remains yours. You give Worthly only the permission it needs to store it and show it back to you. How it is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: your positions and balances are never sold, rented, shared or monetised, not even anonymised.
9. Ending things
You can export all your data and delete your account at any time, from inside the app. Deleting removes your data from the live database immediately; encrypted backups keep residual copies for a limited time, explained in the Privacy Policy.
Worthly may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or is abused. Where that is reasonable, you will get a warning and a chance to export your data first. If Worthly as a whole is discontinued, the aim is to tell you in advance and give you time to export.
10. Limits of responsibility
To the extent Bulgarian law permits, Worthly is not liable for losses that come from relying on its figures, from outages or errors at exchanges, brokers or data providers, from downtime or data loss in a beta service, or from decisions you make about your money. We recommend that you keep your own records of anything of importance to you.
Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, for example for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms carry a version and an effective date at the top. The app records which version you accepted when you registered. When the terms change in a way that matters, you will be told by email and in the app before the new version takes effect, and the version number here will change. If you do not agree with a new version, you can export your data and delete your account.
12. Law and disputes
Bulgarian law applies, and EU rules apply where they are mandatory. Disputes go to the competent courts of Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go elsewhere. If something is wrong, write first: most things can be sorted out without a court.
